This class is part of our 2016 Fall Wellness Workshop Series!
We all know it's not good to drive a car around with the wheels out of alignment, yet many people walk around with their feet out of alignment. This can lead to aches and pains in many other parts of the body, including the knees, back, shoulders, and neck. In this evening workshop with Bri Martinez, certified yoga teacher and Healthy Foot Practitioner, we will cover simple and effective stretches and lifestyle changes to realign and strengthen your feet and bring health and wellness to your whole body.
