Balance Your Body Workshop

This workshop is geared towards empowering women to foster a deep sense of self love through the ups and downs that we experience daily.

Natural, easy, and effective remedies and exercises for hormone balancing, stress release, mood swings, fatigue, and general well being.

Through gentle yoga stretches, essential oil blends for emotional and hormonal support, mindfulness breathing and meditation, we will encourage a healthy routine for balancing our mind, body and spirit throughout the day, everyday.

Workshop includes customizable d.i.y. products and recipes you can make time and time again for you, your clients, or your loved one.

Light Up Downtown kicks off the holiday season in our awesome Downtown Eugene! Join family and friends on the East Park Block for our festive, fun and inclusive third annual Light Up Downtown tree lighting event. ASL interpretation provided.

Mistress of Ceremonies Facisha Farce, the 44th Empress of the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Emerald Empire will preside over the event, with many special guests, including Mayor Lucy Vinis, the University of Oregon Duck and Slug Queen Santa Frida Elisa Refugio Babaosia. 

Come join in as guest artists from the Sheldon High School Dublinaires, Ridgeline Ukulele Extravaganza and Eugene Concert Choir play songs as we light up the Park Blocks. There will also be interfaith guests offering a Sufi chant, leading a Zen Buddhist meditation and Temple Beth Israel presenting a Hebrew song.

There will be the usual free hot apple cider and popcorn, and The Dumpling Group food cart will be there as well. Thinking Tree Spirits - A Eugene Distillery will be offering small cocktails.

There will also be a benefit for Egan Warming Centers, so bring socks and sweat pants and other warm clothes to support those that may be in need this holiday season.
