Epsom Salt, Your Muscles Best Friend!
Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate)
is amazing for muscle and joint pain and stiffness! this inexpensive remedy is often looked over many, but does the job better than a lot of products on the market today.
Here are a few ways to use Epsom Salt at home:
- Add 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt to a warm bath and soak for 20-30min, once weekly to reduce pain, swelling and stiffness.
- Combine 1 cup Epsom Salt, 1/2 cups Baking Soda, and 2-5 drops of lavender oil (or oil of your choice). Add to warm bath and soak for 20-30min as needed.
Note: It is not recommended to add additional products to your baths when using Epsom Salt.
You will notice a wonderful difference if you begin to add an Epsom Salt soak to your weekly regiment!
